Facebook revealed its revolutionary product Infinite Office, which is specially designed for those working from Home. In short, this is far cheaper than all the previous attempts and promises which were claims to make the Internet hacker-proof.

With the hackers always a step ahead than all the solutions to secure the Internet, this method is indeed a stepping stone towards having a secure Internet by surpassing the hackers. The method has been into the cover stories of various tech blogs and is under extensive research across the globe for a long time now. However, it hasn’t been designed to be used by the common people until now.

As recorded from a 2018 post by technologyReview, the US got its first hacker-free Internet in 2018. The method which was devised by a start-up called Quantum Exchange “works by sending an encoded message in classical bits while the keys to decode it is sent in the form of quantum bits, or qubits” wrote the technologyReview.

The question arises, what are the basic phenomena behind getting a hacker-proof Internet?

Well, quantum teleportation completely removes the chances of a phenomenon called entanglement. Basically this phenomenon connects the entangled particles even when they are separated by large distances. This would make the actions performed on one affect the other. Quantum Key Distribution method:

This method provides secure encryption and relies on transmitting photons – particles of light. The communication will take place between the legitimate users with the help of a secret key, which will be known only to the valid users who can access the information. Without this secret key, the encryption of the information cannot take place.

However, this method is having a major disadvantage in the form of a large infrastructure requirement, without which it cannot expand.

Each user requires a separate transmitter and receiver.

In reference to the technologies which work on the principle of quantum key distribution, Dr.Joshi highlighted the drawbacks associated with them. He said- “Sharing messages in this way, known as trusted nodes, is just not good enough because it uses so much extra hardware which could leak and would no longer be totally secure…”

The major difference between the QUANTUM Internet method and other methodologies.

“Instead of having to replicate the whole communication system, this latest methodology, called multiplexing, splits the light particles, emitted by a single system, so they can be received by multiple users efficiently,” explained Dr. Joshi.

The researchers were successful in establishing a network based on multiplexing with eight users that only needs eight receiver boxes, not 56 as would be the case under the old approach. This relied on the existing technology, thereby reducing the overall cost and hardware requirements.

The relatively low costs allow the multiplexing entanglement technology to be scaled up widely, propose the scientists, who think they can be “serving not just hundreds or thousands, but potentially millions of users in the not too distant future,” as stated by Dr. Joshi.

The new network was made in just months for under $400,000, which is too little in comparison to the previous methods which required an investment of millions of bucks and years of development.

Rempl is a Microsoft folder and executable (rempl.exe) tied to Windows Update reliability improvements. Windows 10 is quite a complex Operating system having numerous processes running at the back-end making its working appear conventional to its users. A new component store, a file formatting system, and a lot more things were introduced with Windows 10.

We often come across various folders that we’ve never noticed while cleaning up our system before installing a new hard drive. One such folder is rempl. Most of us might remove this folder mistaking it as a malware or virus. But do we need to do that? Is this folder a threat to our system?

These above files are digitally signed by Microsoft affirming their originality as Windows Update Files.

Of all the above-mentioned files, the Remsh.exe executable is a special Windows Update that comprises reliability upgrades and augmentations to Windows Update Service Components in older versions of Windows 10.

Available on only a few Windows 10 systems, the folder is also an UPDATE TROUBLESHOOTING TOOL.

This special package is spontaneously uploaded by Windows 10 on the systems facing issues while updating to the lattermost version of this OS.

Removing the Rmpl folder won’t cause any damage to your system, and therefore YES you can delete this folder from your system.

Open Task Scheduler by typing Task Scheduler in the Windows search box.
To open the folder click Microsoft > Windows > rempl

Click the Delete Folder button on the right side of the pane.

OR

Go to C:\Program Files by typing the same in the search bar as shown below.

Search for the rempl folder

Right-click the folder and select Delete from the menu.

There you go!!

The folder is deleted from your system.

NOTE– You can even rename the REMPL folder under C:\Program Files\. This way Windows will fail to locate the files and eventually, the executable files won’t launch. However, for this, you may require the complete ownership of this folder.

Guess What Happened After Start-Up Astra Launched Its Rocket In Alaska!

The first orbital mission by start-up Astra failed as their Rocket 3.1 couldn’t reach the orbit. The rocket successfully took off at 8:19 p.m. PT from the Pacific Spaceport Complex. It flew for around 30 seconds before coming down and the company stated that it’s guidance system “introduced some slight oscillation into the flight,” which caused this incident.

The safety system of the rocket shut down the engines and that’s why the rocket fell off back to the ground. They didn’t meet all of the planned objectives, but they gained some valuable experience, plus even some more valuable flight data.

Astra was incorporated in October 2016 by Chris Kemp and Adam London. As of 2020, Astra is attempting to launch a rocket into orbit, and none of them are successful. These rockets are labeled “Rocket 3”. The first two rockets, Rocket 1.0 and Rocket 2.0 were used for a commercial customer called Alaska Aerospace.

A spectator caught the launch while making a video, showing the rocket’s launch. In the footage which we have linked below, you can see that the rocket’s engine shuts off mid-flight and a few moments later, flames are seen after hitting the ground. Astra’s Response After The Incident

After the incident, the company tweeted, “Successful lift off and fly out, but the flight ended during the first stage burn. It does look like we got a good amount of nominal flight time. More updates to come!”.

The company said in a statement that it wasn’t planning its rocket to reach orbit and the preliminary data showed the rocket performed very well. They have always said that it takes three flights to make it to the orbit.

In their official blog post, they mentioned “We are incredibly proud of what the team accomplished today.” The blog post was titled “We Have Liftoff” and below it, the date of this rocket launched was mentioned “September 12, 2020”.

In the same blog, they have also written that “Astra’s strategy is to learn fast through iterative development. Although we’re pleased with today’s outcome, we still have more work to do to reach orbit. Once we reach orbit, we will relentlessly continue to improve the economics of the system as we deliver our customers’ payloads.”.

The start-up Astra works with a very small team and they have said about this rocket launch that “The entire launch system was deployed by six people in less than a week – completely unprecedented.”

After the launch occurred and the rocket couldn’t reach the orbit, Elon Musk tweeted “Sorry to hear that. I’m sure you’ll figure it out though. Took us four launches to reach orbit. Peter Beck, the founder, and CEO of Rocket Lab, also offered up words of encouragement. “Data in this game is so hard-won, so big congratulations to the team for pulling down actual flight data from today’s attempt!” he tweeted.

Followed by this failure Astra’s co-founder and chief executive officer, Chris Kemp, has not been demotivated at all! He said, “We learned things that we would not otherwise learn unless we flew”. Over the next several weeks, they will be taking a close look at the flight data to determine how to make the next flight more successful. According to the company, Rocket 3.2 is ready and they are planning for another launch in the next few months.
