Step2: press both the keys “window+E” to open the “file explorer”.

Click C:/Windows/System32. In right side at the top you can see a search box type “api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll” in that box and press “enter” key on your keyboard. After that if you can’t see any results then go to C:/Windows/Sys WOW64 and repeat the same procedure again. When you find the “dll file” you have to copy it and paste it at the same place where you found this file on other computer.

Update the universal C runtime (Universal CRT):
