1. Request for Uber X Ride
The Where to? Box on the Uber page, helps you enter the location that you intend to reach. Once you confirm that your pickup and destination addresses are correct, select UberX.
You’ll be able to see the details of the driver and his contact information on the processed output screen, once your ride gets confirmed and you may then track their arrival on the map.
2. Ride in Uber X
It is always recommended to check the ride details and the driver’s contact information, before accepting the ride. The driver assigned to you would receive your destination and directions for the fastest way to get there. However, you can always request a specific route, if you wish.
3. Hop out
You’ll be automatically charged through your payment method on file, so you can exit the vehicle as soon as you arrive. The app would ask you to rate the ride and the driver as customer feedback.
