It was rumoured for a long time that Xiaomi was going to launch the successor of its edge-less android Smartphone that is the Mi Mix 2S. It all started form a teaser and when it was confirmed, a current teaser came into play that authenticates that the new “Mi Mix 2S” will emerge in the market with the blasting Snapdragon 845 chip. Although this particular news was already known to a lot of people because of the number of leaks that were released for a long time. Not only because of the leaks this happened but also Xiaomi started giving hints, regarding this new phone, itself with the help of social media’s such as Twitter. A new video that was published on “miaopai” does confirm the same thing.
The announcement of the Mi Mix 2S
Xiaomi did announce that the Mi Mix 2S will be launched this year on 27th March in a Twitter post. This post had Antutu grade of 273741. Of course, this new launch is nothing else but the launch of the “Mi Mix 2S” only which will be included with a Snapdragon 854. This particular phone is the very first product of Xiaomi that will actually run on this high-end chip and undoubtedly it now competes straightforwardly with characteristic devices of big brands like Sony and Samsung.

Other rumours about the phone
Mi Mix 2S is also rumoured that it will be available with an edge-less architecture and particularly this glimpse of technology is only given by leaked renders. It is being also expected that a number of things will improve drastically on the “Mi Mix 2S” which used to lack in the “Mi Mix 2” and a number of customers were not tempted by it! These special improvements include the placement of the primary camera and also the quality of the picture of the back camera. There will be also a number of special additions to this phone! Even the screen to body ratio for the Mi Mix 2 was around 81 percent which will be also improved in its successor.
Also, it is being rumoured that though having a thin bezel display, the Mi Mix 2S won’t have any kind of iPhone X type mark that a lot of phones of other companies were rumoured to have in them. The “Mi Mix 2S” will use an OLED panel of 6.01-inch and the screen to body ratio will be more improved than it was in the Mi Mix 2.
It is being said that the scanner of a fingerprint in the Mi Mix 2S will be placed below the glass which was seen in the case of Vivo when they showed the Apex concept at the MWC. Another hint is also given by the renders that “Mi Mix 2S” will be available with the front camera placed on the top right corner and only a single camera on the backside. No news is there that when it will be available in India and when it does, it will also have the same type of price like the Mi Mix 2.
