When Asus ROG Zephyrus M was released in 2017, it impressed everyone with the incredible speed and thin design. However, the Zephyrus S is far more remarkable with the new Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 graphic card and updated Intel Core i7 processor. The laptop packs more than enough potential to serve your gaming needs. Even though a lot of components are identical to an extent but Asus has successfully fixed many problems from the previous laptops with the new update. You get modern and diminished screen bezels, ultra-slim chassis and refined yet strong build with Zephyrus S GX531.

One the exterior, Zephyrus S GX531 looks stunning with a 15.6 inch IPS panel with anti-glare coating, surrounded by 7.5mm bezels. The thinner bezels are surely a great improvement over the previous 15.7mm bezels in Zephyrus M.  With a 2.1 kgs weight and 0.62 inches thickness, this is slimmest gaming laptop in the market right now. The full HD panel runs at 144Hz refresh rate display and brags a stunning 3ms response time with all the ROG essentials.

The futuristic styling and sturdy all black magnesium alloy chassis give Zephyrus S GX531 a distinctively sophisticated look and premium feel. The keyboard is aligned at the bottom which leaves a lot of space at the top which acts as a ventilation shaft for the RTX 2070. There is sufficient spacing between the keys, however in the place of num-pad on the right side, you will find the trackpad.

The RTX 2070 Max-Q GPU offers consequential increase in performance and supports real-time rat tracing which gives you a deeply engaging experience while playing games. The Max-Q card in the RTX 2070 variant provides more power efficiency than the GTX 10 series.
