  5. As a customer in India, I can’t care less about how their office looks and what their employees wear. If they can provide a service as reliable as their US peers, it is good enough for me.

    We definitely need well funded hosting companies here in India with billing in Indian rupees. I’ll take a reseller account as soon as billing in Indian rupees is available.
